Senior Associate, Federal UiPath Developer

Job Summary:We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Federal Advisory practice. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical expertise, conduct business process analysis, and advise clients on architectural decisions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Establishing a technical connection between project managers and developers, ensuring clear communication of business functional issues to clients and internal staff.
- Conducting business process and requirements analysis, advising clients on key architectural decisions concerning platforms and supporting technologies.
- Evaluating risks related to requirements management, business process definition, testing processes, internal controls, project communications, training, and organizational change management.
- Leading, building, testing, and delivering intelligent automation solutions using industry-leading vendor technologies, specifically UiPath.
- Developing technical architecture, system requirements, identifying resources, and estimating timeline for project completion.
- Developing new concepts and methodologies to improve people, procedures, and information technology solutions.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of three years of technical or functional UiPath experience; U.S. Federal government consulting experience is preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; UiPath 'RPA Associate' certification is preferred.
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or Intelligent Automation.
- Experience or ability to design, build, test, and deploy desktop or server/cloud-hosted automations in UiPath.
- Experience with the UiPath platform, including document understanding, orchestrator, process mining, etc.
- Experience with business process design, process reengineering, and process mapping projects.
- Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements.
- A U.S. Government Secret clearance.
