Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the healthcare industry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs
- Manage complex sales cycles and negotiate contracts to ensure successful deal closure
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer base
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including hospital business environment and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
