Account Executive

AV ALTA FC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our ticket sales department, you will be responsible for selling season tickets, mini-plans, group tickets, and single-game tickets to our passionate fan base.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Prospect and close ticket sales through phone calls and in-person meetings
* Sell a full menu of ticket packages, including full seasons, mini-plans, groups, and individuals
* Set and conduct out-of-office sales appointments and in-person meetings
* Work non-traditional hours, weekends, events, and game days
* Meet certain levels of activity and goals

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
* Minimum 1-2 years of prior sales experience preferred
* Group ticket sales experience preferred
* CMS experience preferred
* Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and effectively influence and communicate with C-level clients
* Professional verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

**What We Offer:**

* Total compensation, including base salary and incentive compensation, will be $35,000 - $55,000
