Job Opportunity

Westpak is seeking a seasoned Account Executive to drive sales growth and expand our customer base. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand customer relationships and increase wallet share.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business setting.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Salesforce CRM.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, with some overnight travel possible.
