Responsibilities:
  • Data entry and maintenance of client and caregiver records
  • Preparing and organizing interview folders and materials
  • Ordering background checks and verifying references
  • Managing electronic reports and updating files
  • Scheduling caregivers with clients and communicating with all parties
  • Updating and maintaining client and caregiver documentation in software
  • Preparing and copying client and caregiver folders/packets
  • Updating the office team on scheduling issues and HR recruitment needs
  • Performing other functions as deemed appropriate by the management team
Requirements:
  • Home care and scheduling experience preferred
  • Proficient in computer skills and up to date with recent technology
  • Strong phone skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure or time constraints
