Job Title: Manager of Sourcing and Procurement

AnaptysBio Inc is seeking a highly skilled Manager of Sourcing and Procurement to join our team. As a key member of our Clinical Operations department, you will be responsible for managing contracts, vendors, and procurement activities to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective contract management strategies to minimize financial risk and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify vendor needs and negotiate contracts that meet business requirements.
  • Manage vendor relationships, assess performance, and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain internal contract tracking systems to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Clinical Operations teams to resolve invoice disputes and ensure timely payment of service provider invoices.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in clinical research and development or comparable experience with 3 years of contract management experience.
  • Proven track record of contract negotiation and management, with expertise in budget and business terms and conditions.
  • Previous experience working with CROs and other key service providers is highly desirable.
Knowledge and Competencies:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to understand and analyze complex financial and operational data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.
