Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic GTM Compensation Manager to lead our global commission practice, focusing on compensation planning and commissions for our global organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, calculation, and delivery of compensation plans for the field, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Analyze and manage annual compensation plan processes, working closely with the internal compensation committee.
  • Liaise with Sales Operations and HRBP teams to ensure timely plan procedures, including obtaining quotas and on-target compensation targets.
  • Continuously assess and improve commission processes, tools, and systems to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and transparency.
  • Collaborate with CRM, Analytics, and Finance teams on various requests.
Commission Administration
  • Administer new plan requirements using commission software expertise.
  • Prepare, review, and submit monthly accrual and payment reports accurately.
  • Troubleshoot issues and configure new plan rules each year.
  • Audit commission data regularly to maintain SOX controls and procedures.
Commission Disbursement
  • Ensure timely and accurate commission payments to eligible colleagues.
  • Collaborate with field teams to address inquiries, concerns, and discrepancies related to commission calculations and payments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience.
  • 8-10 years of sales operations and/or variable compensation experience in SaaS.
  • Team lead/managerial experience, with the ability to build, maintain, and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Compensation design experience is a must.
  • Experience with CRM systems, Dynamics preferred.
  • Experience with Everstage and/or similar compensation management tools.
  • Excellent partnering skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Clear and thoughtful communication in discussing and sharing sensitive performance and compensation data with a range of business functions.
  • Strong organizational skills working with large quantities of data.
