The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement technology strategies that align with ACLT's mission and goals.
  • Lead and manage the IT team, providing guidance and direction on technical projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technology needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Manage and maintain ACLT's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for IT operations, including security, backup, and disaster recovery.
  • Provide technical support and training to ACLT staff on technology-related issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, and make recommendations for their adoption and implementation.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT management, with a strong background in technology strategy and implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in IT infrastructure, software development, and data analysis.
