Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Technology Audit Manager to join our team at Releady. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely audits, consolidating existing workstreams into a unified program, and supporting an innovative cloud-first approach.

Reporting to the head of technology compliance, this role will have significant oversight from Global Internal Audit.

Success hinges on close collaboration with external auditors, regulators, counsel, and internal process owners.

Key Responsibilities
Possess in-depth knowledge of global technology standards and certifications related to Security, Privacy, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
Demonstrate a working understanding of cloud-native technologies, capable of effectively representing internal stakeholders' interests in these areas.

Leverage strong project and program management skills to ensure timely delivery of audit materials, coordinate interviews and evidence collection, and manage findings effectively.

Develop clear and concise content explaining the Client's programs and technology compliance, catering to both high-level process overviews and detailed technical specifications across multiple audit standards.

Diligently track and report on findings, remediations, and observations, guaranteeing comprehensive addressing of technology risks to minimize recurrence while maintaining operational momentum.


Requirements
4+ years of leadership experience in information security and technology auditing.
Proven ability to develop and advocate for strong positions in challenging environments.
Direct experience working with financial regulators and industry audit practices.
Experience with comprehensive information security program in compliance and audit with GDPR and ISO 27701 is also preferred).
Experience with global internal audit.
Working experience with highly regulated industries/environment.
