Technology Market Client Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Market Client Service Manager to join our team at Brown and Caldwell. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in supporting our existing clients and executing growth plans for technology clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee sales, client development, and client relationship management
- Lead the development and execution of the Technology Market Sector business plan
- Manage client portfolios, initiatives, and project delivery
- Collaborate with Technology Market Sector Lead and Distribution Market Area leadership
- Foster the BC Experience for clients and business partners in the technology market
- B.S. degree in a related engineering field (Civil, Chemical, Environmental, etc.)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the environmental consulting, engineering, construction, and operations industry
- Leadership core competencies, including emotional intelligence, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and business acumen
- Experience with water/wastewater design, planning, and studies, as well as leadership on projects
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, lead project teams, and provide business growth results
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, life insurance, an employee assistance program, paid time off, and parental leave. Our salary range for this position is $144,000-$197,000, depending on location and experience.
