The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources and payroll, ensuring compliance with CA wage and labor laws, and coordinating new employee training and orientations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of human resources and payroll
  • Ensure compliance with CA wage and labor laws
  • Coordinate new employee training and orientations
  • Process bi-monthly payroll checks
  • Update necessary forms and policies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7-10 years professional experience dealing with CA wage and labor laws
  • Bi-lingual in both Spanish and English (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
