About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of Four Seasons Hotels Ltd. You will be responsible for developing and implementing labor relations strategies, providing guidance and support to management, and ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement labor relations strategies to promote a positive work environment and foster collaborative relationships between employees and management.
- Provide guidance and support to management on labor relations issues, including interpretation and implementation of collective bargaining agreements.
- Ensure organizational compliance with labor laws and regulations, including federal/state leave policies.
- Collect and analyze data on compensation and benefit audits to identify trends and recommend direction.
- Partner with Legal and Senior Leadership to design and implement standardized processes and protocols for managing employee and labor relations.
- Manage corrective action processes, including issuing recommendations and administering corrective actions.
Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Labor Relations Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in labor relations, employee relations, and/or human resources. Preferred candidates have 2-3 years of experience with grievances and arbitrations as it relates to unions and negotiations in the hospitality industry setting.
