Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per year

Job Description:

The Employee Relations and Compliance Manager will oversee employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as internal company policies. This role will support leaders and staff in clinical and management practices, building partnerships across the organization and within the HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement employee relations strategies to foster a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations through regular audits and training.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement effective HR initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on performance management, talent development, and employee relations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., HR Management, Labor Relations, I/O Psychology).
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in HR, including at least 3 years in a leadership or advisory role.
  • Proven expertise in employee relations, compliance, and HR strategy.
