About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team as a Managed Services Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the IT services market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with our technical team to develop and deliver managed services to our customers
  • Manage leads, generate new business opportunities, and close sales deals
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with existing customers to identify new sales opportunities
