Business Development Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at American Textile Maintenance Co. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the medical uniform and linen service industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
- Develop and deliver customized sales presentations and proposals to prospective customers
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) setting
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
