The Regional Operations Executive plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our rapidly expanding company. Key ResponsibilitiesThis executive will oversee business operations and sales within a designated market, managing a team of approximately 25 to 30 indirect employees and 3 to 4 direct reports. Your leadership will be crucial in meeting the urgent needs of local property associations.
- Engage in relationship building and client engagement, dedicating around 30% of your time to these activities.
- Focus on staff and team development, allocating about 50% of your time to mentoring and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Devote approximately 20% of your time to project management, change implementation, and organizational development.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with a diverse client portfolio while ensuring the efficient operation of complex service offerings. Regular one-on-one meetings with team members will be essential for development and accountability.
Qualifications- A degree from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 15 years of professional experience, including at least 8 years in a managerial capacity.
- Experience managing teams of over 25 employees.
- Proven expertise in operations, service delivery, financial management, human resources, and relationship building.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Exceptional customer service orientation.
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
