  • Transaction Logging: Log all call transactions into the designated computer software systems accurately.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process enhancements that improve operational workflows and productivity.
  • Project Support: Assist in the execution of sub regional projects and initiatives, providing analytical support, operational support, and monitoring progress against goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Regional Operations Manager, Senior Regional Operations Analyst, and department heads to align operational strategies and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Compliance: Ensure operational practices align with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies.
