Regional Operations Manager Job Description

The Regional Operations Manager plays a critical role in leading and managing multiple dialysis facilities within a given region. This position is responsible for overseeing the overall operational and financial management of these facilities, ensuring the provision of high-quality care to patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage the operations of multiple dialysis facilities
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and quality of care
  • Collaborate with the Regional Vice President to drive business development and Joint Venture interactions
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to achieve operational excellence
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in multi-site healthcare operations management
  • Registered Professional Nurse with current licensure in the state where the facilities are located (preferred)
  • 12 months of experience in nursing (preferred)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Current CPR Certification
  • High levels of IT skills, particularly utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and data analytics software
