Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth, improve quality, and enhance patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of branch operations and achieve financial goals.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and business volume reviews to inform strategic decisions.
  • Partner with sales and clinical teams to drive branch growth and improve clinical operations and quality metrics.
  • Oversee backfill for Branch Director and fill-in when Branch Director role is open.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in multi-site healthcare operations, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, managerial, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and emotional intelligence skills.
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and engage with Branch Directors and Weekend Managers.
  • Experience with EMR and/or HIM Systems.
