Lead Senior Living Operations in Northern California

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Operations Specialist to lead our senior living communities in Northern California. This is a key position that requires a strong background in residential care, operational management, and leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Assume administrative authority for day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and standards.
  • Represent the company professionally, promoting positive relationships with residents, families, and external agencies.
  • Cultivate a supportive work environment, coaching Community Directors to meet financial and service expectations.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve census goals, aligning with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • RCFE Administrator Certificate.
  • Two years of college required; three years of experience in residential eldercare.
  • Prior experience with reporting and data management systems (RealPage, ADP) is preferred.

Compensation:

The successful candidate can expect a salary range of $145k-155k, commensurate with experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, vacation time, and opportunities for career growth and relocation.
