Job Overview:
Romulus Media is on the lookout for a proactive and meticulously organized Operations Manager to spearhead the operational elements of our marketing initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will cultivate client relationships, supervise campaign implementations, recruit and mentor student ambassadors, and guarantee the overall success and efficiency of our operations. This position is essential for upholding the high standards and growth trajectory of Romulus Media as we broaden our scope and services.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Client Engagement:
•Act as the main point of contact for all clients following a one-month training phase.
•Ensure prompt responses to all client inquiries on the same day, except for communications received after 8 pm.
•Utilize clear and professional language in all interactions.
•Manage client expectations, address issues, and ensure overall satisfaction.
2.Campaign Oversight:
•Direct the planning, execution, and assessment of all marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with established objectives.
•Manage campaigns that are generally straightforward with clear KPIs such as interactions, materials distributed, leads generated, and signups.
•Emphasize effective ambassador management and problem-solving throughout campaigns.
3.Recruitment and Management of Student Ambassadors:
•Create and implement thorough training programs for student ambassadors.
•Recruit ambassadors primarily through LinkedIn, utilizing job postings and direct outreach, while also exploring innovative recruitment methods.
•Retain high-performing ambassadors for ongoing campaigns, such as extending their involvement from Fall to Spring programs.
4.Operational Enhancement:
•Identify and execute improvements in the student recruitment process and overall operational efficiency.
•Investigate options for tools like a Dashboard to provide ambassadors with enhanced clarity and structure.
5.Reporting and Documentation:
•Compile comprehensive client reports that encompass all quantitative and qualitative metrics, including insights and a high-level summary.
•Highlight any campaign performance issues that may suggest ineffective strategies.
6.Cultural Alignment and Values:
•Uphold Romulus Media's client-first approach by ensuring transparency, simplicity, and swift responses.
•Strive to develop and maintain premier ambassador programs, taking pride in their success and proactively identifying areas for enhancement.
Compensation and Benefits:
•Salary: $3,000 per month during the initial term, transitioning to a > $100,000/year salary upon demonstrating effectiveness.
•Growth Opportunities: Potential to advance into higher operational or strategic leadership roles within Romulus Media. Operations Manager to become Chief Operating Officer (COO) upon proving effectiveness.
•Professional Development: Opportunities for training, mentorship, and networking.
Performance Evaluation:
•Performance will be assessed based on campaign success, with a focus on ambassador management and problem resolution.
•Comprehensive feedback from clients and ambassadors will be integral to the performance review process.
Ideal Candidate:
- Has experience working directly with brands

- Is in their Senior Year of University
