Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our award-winning team. As a key member of our Business Development group, you will be responsible for generating leads, developing relationships with qualified prospects, and working closely with our Managing Partners to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of the current economic landscape to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to convert prospects into clients, leveraging our established methodology
- Build and maintain relationships with top-tier CEO prospects, utilizing a direct phone conversation approach
- Collaborate with Managing Partners to create a highly intelligent and focused strategy for each prospect
- Monitor and maintain the data integrity of your territory, ensuring accurate and up-to-date company information in our CRM database
- Meet daily call expectations and routine statistic requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- 1-3 years of success in inside sales as a lead generator, utilizing a strategic outbound calling approach
- Intellectual curiosity, passion for business, professionalism, and a positive attitude
- Strong desire for and appreciation for feedback, maturity beyond one's years, and unwavering self-discipline
- Ability to maintain professionalism at all times, work under pressure, and achieve high-quality results
