Responsibilities
  • Lead Development: Identify and develop new business leads to help customers manage their insurance needs.
  • Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Service: Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Marketing: Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals to grow the business.
  • Product Knowledge: Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and products.
