Job Title: County Administrative Coordinator II

Michigan Farm Bureau is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented County Administrative Coordinator II to join our team. As a key member of our county office, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of our county Farm Bureau.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with county Farm Bureaus to encourage member involvement and support county committees and leadership.
  • Assist the executive committee in preparing the annual budget and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Coordinate administration of the health care program, including marketing, servicing, and selling health insurance products.
  • Provide administrative support for board and executive committee meetings, including preparing agendas and providing necessary information and correspondence.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One to three years of general business and office management experience required.
  • Ability to work with the public and possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Preferred qualifications include an associate degree, volunteer management experience, and prior work experience with other volunteer organizations.
