Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the schedule and correspondence of the Branch Manager
- Coordinate all marketing initiatives for the branch
- Prioritize incoming emails and phone inquiries
- Facilitate effective communication with sales and operational teams
- Assist in organizing meetings
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process
- Execute various administrative tasks
- Act as the second-in-command to the Branch Manager, managing all responsibilities in their absence
- Assist the Branch Manager with operational challenges
- Enhance processes and procedures while ensuring customer satisfaction in terms of cost efficiency
- Support the team in training new operational and sales personnel
- Manage and coordinate active calendars
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Ensure proper file organization in accordance with office protocols
- Provide additional support around the office as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
Compensation: Commensurate with experience
