Key Responsibilities- Develop pre-sales strategy for target accounts and create a sales activity pipeline to meet and exceed required quota revenues.
- Represent the full spectrum of Ryder's services to new and potential customers, including our innovative outsourced solutions and industry-leading technology.
- Work with our Account Relationship and Customer Development teams to transition accounts and increase sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with our National Sales team to develop and generate sales opportunities within assigned territory.
- Ensure new customer orientation is completed and develop account selling strategies to improve effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Finance and Accounting or equivalent experience.
- Five (5) years or more demonstrated consecutive sales excellence (quota achievement) in prior sales responsibilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization.
- Possesses a high degree of initiative, is self-motivated, and able to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices.
- A competitive salary range of $58,000 to $60,000.
- An annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on performance.
- A comprehensive health and welfare benefits package, including medical, prescription, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability insurance options.
- A tax-advantaged 401(k) retirement savings plan.
