We are expanding our Moving and Relocation Business Development team and are in search of individuals who are dedicated to their roles and consistently aim to exceed customer expectations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and email communications related to auto transport inquiries, booking confirmations, and order modifications.
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, acting as the liaison between clients and operational teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Input data into the CRM system for order processing, accessing historical orders, and providing clients with quotes and updates.
  • Deliver timely status updates to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with client-specific service agreements.
  • Address customer accounting and claims matters as they arise.
  • Escalate urgent issues to senior management when necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage projects and respond to inquiries efficiently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with effective negotiation capabilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, Excel/Sheets, and PowerPoint/Slides.
  • Ability to empathize with potential customers.
  • Business acumen with a proactive problem-solving approach and the capacity to work independently.
  • Capability to handle a high-volume workload with a focus on meticulous follow-up and effective case management.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to perform well under pressure.
