We are currently in search of a Client Relations Specialist to collaborate with our sales team in providing exceptional service to assigned accounts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate successful order fulfillment from receipt to delivery, ensuring a seamless process for clients.
  • Act as the primary representative for assigned accounts within the organization.
  • Manage return authorizations in coordination with clients.
  • Oversee and implement Sales/Marketing initiatives, pricing strategies, and distribution policies.
  • Monitor inventory levels against client demand and communicate any issues regarding shipments, pricing, or product availability.
  • Investigate and resolve client claims and complaints, maintaining thorough documentation.
  • Handle and resolve client deductions, ensuring proper documentation for financial records.
  • Create and maintain client profiles and address book records.
  • Support sales efforts through effective account management, client visits, and accounts receivable tasks.
  • Provide sales support including client correspondence, open order tracking, inventory updates, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate monthly performance assessments for key accounts.
  • Contribute to the development of process improvements tailored to clients and departmental needs.
  • Utilize troubleshooting and time management skills to consistently exceed client expectations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of three years of experience in complex client service roles is required.
  • Proficiency in SAP or ERP systems is preferred, along with strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Exceptional decision-making and prioritization abilities.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and adaptability.
  • Strong client-focused mindset and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Experience with quality management programs is advantageous.
  • A background in manufacturing is preferred.
