The Client Service Representative (CSR) is integral to our client service operations, ensuring seamless execution of essential transactions and tasks critical to the management of insurance, benefits, and risk management programs.

The CSR is responsible for implementing policy and plan modifications, providing evidence of insurance, and assisting in the creation of clear, comprehensive proposals that effectively communicate complex programs to our clients.

Maintaining accurate client information in our agency management system is a key responsibility, promoting a collaborative service experience and enhancing our client portal.

The CSR works closely with the entire account servicing team to address client inquiries, access necessary resources, secure coverage, and negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients.

CLIENT SERVICE EXECUTION
  • Assists Account Managers, Producers, Account Executives, and internal team members in implementing the service strategy tailored for each client, aimed at delivering measurable value and operational efficiencies.
  • Processes modifications to plans as requested by clients, ensuring consistency and proper documentation in the relevant systems.
  • Develops personalized client relationships through a thorough understanding of the service plan and effective communication via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Leverages insurance knowledge and communication skills to clarify coverage terms, program options, and other pertinent details to clients as needed.
  • Collaborates with internal departments to ensure timely and coherent service delivery.
  • Manages time effectively to prioritize workload, client service requests, and service parameters within business processes.
DATA AND PROCESS INTEGRITY
  • Maintains accurate and complete client data in agency management systems, including policy details, activities, and documentation.
  • Ensures data integrity, meeting activity timeliness, quality metrics, and objectives.
  • Follows established procedures in servicing workflows, maintaining clear documentation of client and carrier interactions, taking necessary actions, and ensuring follow-up as required.
  • Utilizes internal resources for identified processes to guarantee efficient and consistent execution.
COLLABORATIVE RELATIONSHIPS
  • Provides feedback and shares information during team meetings.
  • Participates in scheduled meetings with the service team to discuss accounts, renewals, service requirements, and service platforms.
  • Fosters successful working relationships with Producers, Account Executives, Account Managers, service team members, supervisors, carriers, and other departmental staff.
  • Communicates effectively with Account Managers, providing timely and comprehensive information to facilitate effective service management.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Producers License for Life/Health upon hiring.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
