Sundance Holdings Group, LLC is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our retail team in Deer Park, IL. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving store sales by providing exceptional customer service and supporting the management team in visual merchandising, housekeeping, and store cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by checking for customer understanding, listening to feedback, and informing them of our catalog, website, and mailing list
  • Process register transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain visual integrity by regular cleaning and assisting with general housekeeping duties
  • Assist the store in achieving budgeted sales

Requirements:

  • Experience with an apparel premium brand retailer preferred
  • Computer literacy including the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
