Job Opportunity

Canlan Sports is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Lil' Kickers Coach. As a coach, you will be responsible for leading fun and engaging soccer classes for children aged 18 months to 9 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality soccer classes that promote children's development and provide a safe and creative learning environment.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child's progress.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols for Lil' Kickers programming.
  • Represent Canlan Sports as a brand ambassador during customer interactions.
  • Participate in grassroots marketing and community events.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve program goals.

Requirements:

  • No prior coaching experience is required; training will be provided.
  • Availability to work consistent shifts throughout each season.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with supervisors and colleagues.
  • Commitment to coaching weekly for 13 weeks.
