As a Talent Acquisition Representative, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent to support our business objectives. You will work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will also utilize your talent acquisition skills to source, recruit, and hire top talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce that meets our business needs.

  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, ensuring timely submissions and data integrity.\
  • Collaborating with internal teams, such as recruitment and operations, to ensure seamless execution of talent acquisition strategies.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.\
  • 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.\
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.\
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and managing competing priorities.\
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.\
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.\
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data management systems.\
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.\
  • Ability to travel locally for client meetings and events.
