We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA - Certified Nursing Professional to join our team at St. James House of Baytown. As a key member of our care-giving team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and assisting with daily living needs.
- Interact with patients and their families to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Collaborate with nurses and other facility staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
- Certified nurse aide through the state of Texas.
- Ability to work a rotating schedule, including all shifts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
