- Actively participates in interdisciplinary rounds and collaborates with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care.

Quality and Safety:

Financial Stewardship:
- Implements departmental strategies to meet financial targets, focusing on efficient resource allocation and timely documentation of care.

Professional Development:

Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Nursing.
- Two years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner.
