Job Title: Senior Admin Business Development

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Admin Business Development professional to join our team at Crescens. As a key member of our Business Development function, you will provide direct support to the Global Head of Business Development, Oncology R&D at AstraZeneca.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Global Head of Business Development, Oncology R&D, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Support the organization of strategic business development and partnering events, including the setup of complex meetings and the management of meeting materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective scheduling of meetings and the completion of high-value, strategic transactions in a timely manner.
  • Manage and maintain confidential information, including client relationships and business development opportunities.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, including travel booking, expense reporting, and data entry.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of administration experience supporting high-level leaders.
  • HS Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience in dealing with senior internal partners.
  • Ability to think critically, creatively, and to anticipate and solve problems.
  • Flexibility to readily adapt to changing business needs or project-specific requirements.
  • Strong teammate who can work collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication skills in oral and written English.
  • Experience working with culturally diverse teams in a global context.
