We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Transformational Leader for Environmental Sustainability to join our team at the Development Finance Corporation. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving our mission to promote sustainable development and economic growth.

About the Role

As the Transformational Leader for Environmental Sustainability, you will be responsible for overseeing our environmental and social risk management programs, ensuring that our investments align with our commitment to sustainability. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement policies, procedures, and methodologies that support a functional environmental and social risk management system.

Responsibilities

* Lead the development and implementation of environmental and social risk management policies and procedures that align with our organizational goals and objectives.
* Collaborate with our team to ensure that our investments are aligned with our commitment to sustainability and that we are minimizing our environmental and social impact.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance our environmental and social risk management capabilities and promote a culture of sustainability within our organization.
* Represent our organization at internal and external meetings, conferences, and events, promoting our commitment to sustainability and building relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in environmental and social risk management, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective policies and procedures. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
