Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Environmental Sustainability Specialist to join our team at MbSolutions Inc. As an Environmental Sustainability Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our organization's commitment to environmental stewardship and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain schedules, including calendar synchronization of events and integration of activities for senior leaders.
  • Expertly manage the Defense Travel System (DTS) to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
  • Utilize exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal executives, teams, and external business contacts.
  • Prepare, review, and coordinate executive-level correspondence, including developing senior executive-level papers, briefings, and technical documentation.
  • Conduct interviews with subject matter experts to extract pertinent information for document creation.
  • Manage task management systems, including Task Management Tool (TMT), to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Proficiently utilize Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and TEAMS.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3 years of experience in an administrative or business field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Secret Security Clearance.
