Our Open Opportunity

The Four Seasons Hotel Chicago is seeking a Spa Receptionist who shares a passion for excellence and brings enthusiasm to every task.

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced customer service professional with outstanding interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a genuine passion for service and hospitality. Candidates should be team-oriented, comfortable with computer systems, and open to taking on various assignments to foster teamwork. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor in all interactions with guests, patrons, and colleagues.
  • Utilize a trace file, cashier sheets, and manage daily accounting tasks.
  • Handle reservations for all spa treatments and services, ensuring a balanced schedule.
  • Provide detailed explanations of all spa treatments and promote additional services.
  • Offer basic retail product information to guests and assist in selecting retail items, while actively participating in spa product sales promotions.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is required.
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Proficiency in operating various electronic systems.
  • A passion for luxury hospitality service.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Candidates must possess valid work authorization for the U.S.
