Our establishment is a lively center of culture, style, and energy, featuring our newly renovated restaurant that embodies iconic luxury, reimagined to reflect the essence of Chicago through inspired cuisine, beverages, art, and music. Our Open Opportunity

The Four Seasons Hotel Chicago is in search of a Spa Receptionist who embodies a passion for excellence and brings enthusiasm to every task.

We seek an energetic, experienced customer service professional with outstanding interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a genuine passion for service and hospitality. Candidates should be team-oriented, comfortable with technology, and open to accepting various responsibilities to foster teamwork. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor in all interactions with guests, patrons, and colleagues.
  • Utilize a trace file, cashier sheets, and manage daily financial transactions.
  • Handle reservations for all spa treatments and services, ensuring a balanced schedule.
  • Provide detailed explanations of spa treatments and promote additional services.
  • Offer basic product information to guests and assist in selecting retail items. Engage in spa product sales promotions.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required.
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Familiarity with various electronic systems is necessary.
  • A passion for luxury hospitality service.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities are essential.
Candidates must possess valid work authorization for the U.S.
