As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring a seamless experience for our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities- Greet Members by Name and with a Smile: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for our members, addressing them by name and showing genuine interest in their well-being.
- Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Ensure the spa's front desk, shop, and tanning areas (if applicable) are clean, safe, and healthy for members, guests, and staff.
- Answer Incoming Calls and Direct Them Accordingly: Respond to incoming calls in a professional manner, directing them to the appropriate team member or department.
- Maintain Constant Communication with Spa Staff: Collaborate with spa staff to ensure seamless communication regarding appointment bookings, cancellations, and changes.
- Book Appointments and Process Payments: Efficiently book appointments and process payments for applicable services, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain an Accurate Cash Drawer and Balance Cash Register: Manage the cash drawer and balance the cash register at the close of each shift, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Connect with Clients via Phone for Reminder and Confirmation Calls: Make reminder and confirmation calls to clients, ensuring they are aware of upcoming appointments and services.
- Serve as an Expert on Recovery Lounge Products and Services: Educate clients on the benefits and features of our Recovery Lounge products and services, including medical benefits and precautions.
- Respond to Members' Questions and Concerns: Address members' questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner, providing solutions and support when needed.
- Provide Additional Support to Other Departments: Offer assistance to other departments as needed, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our members and guests.
