  • Assist Group Coordinator with setup tasks involving special group requirements
  • Consistently maintain cleanliness of desk, reception area, retail centers, and flooring
  • Be responsible for knowing and performing proper opening/closing procedures
  • Assist spa technicians with locating guests, giving messages, or communicating guest's needs
  • Maintain a high level of customer service for all spa guests

Requirements

  • Customer service related experience required
  • Strong attention to detail preferred
  • Flexible availability
