About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team at Mondelez International. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our retail partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Maintain Relationships with key store individuals to build strong business partnerships and drive sales growth.
  • Provide Outstanding Customer Service to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers and drive loyalty to our brands.
  • Maximize Sales by effectively planning and executing sales strategies, including merchandising displays and promotions.
  • Support and Complete Activities such as inventory management, stockroom organization, and product displays to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Represent Mondelez International in a professional and courteous manner, building strong relationships with store employees and management.
  • Enhance Seasonal Sales by developing and executing seasonal sales strategies, including promotions and displays.

Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
  • Have a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Live within 50 miles of the primary location: Montgomery, AL.
  • Be available to work a standard Monday-Friday schedule with occasional weekend work.
  • Be open to relocation, outside of region, and outside of state, as necessary.
  • Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment and meet defined physical activities, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to identify opportunities to use promotional and merchandising techniques to develop and support customer relations.
  • Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
