Job Summary:

Quipt Home Medical is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our medical equipment and services to healthcare professionals and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Marketing:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other medical staff.
    • Present and demonstrate our medical equipment and services to potential customers.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing plans.
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, including responding to their needs and concerns.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Administrative:
    • Manage sales data and reports to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales calls, and other sales-related activities.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the medical industry.
  • Skills and Abilities:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
    • Knowledge of medical equipment and services.
