* Develop and implement engaging activities and programs that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents
* Collaborate with our care team to ensure seamless integration of activities with resident care plans
* Manage department budget and resources to ensure effective program delivery
* Foster strong relationships with residents, family members, and external partners
* Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

**Certifications:**
* Activity Director Certification preferred
* CPR and First Aid Certification preferred
