**Job Title:** Caregiver

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced caregiver to provide support and assistance to seniors and disabled adults in their homes. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, promoting their independence, and ensuring their safety and well-being.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide companionship and conversation to clients, engaging them in activities and stimulating their minds
* Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders
* Help with dressing, grooming, transferring, and positioning
* Support clients with bathing and showering, ensuring their comfort and dignity

**Requirements:**

* Minimum 1-year experience caring for seniors or adults
* Ability to competently perform assigned tasks, with a focus on safety and quality of care
* Excellent communication skills, with a warm and compassionate approach
* Completion of a criminal background check, BMV check, TB test, and drug screen
* Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
