Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and implementing activity programs that cater to diverse interests and abilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Provide opportunities for residents to engage in meaningful social and diverse activities
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all residents
  • Collaborate with the Activity Director and other staff members to achieve program goals

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience conducting activities or a related field
  • CPR and First Aid Certification preferred
  • Prior experience in long-term care or related service industries
