The Account Executive Role

This role offers a unique opportunity to help us grow our EntityKeeper brand, a leading provider of corporate services, compliance, and entity management solutions.

EntityKeeper helps organizations streamline their corporate governance, compliance, and legal entity management processes through our cutting-edge software.

This global system empowers businesses to stay compliant, reduce risk, and drive back-office operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development - Identify and target prospects to build and maintain a robust pipeline.
  • Consultative Selling - Develop a strong understanding of the clients' needs to deliver a meaningful value proposition.
  • Relationship Management - Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders by engaging as a trusted advisor, providing insights and solutions to address clients' challenges.
  • Sales Performance - Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and prepare forecasts for management.
  • Team Collaboration - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including relationship managers, marketing, and operations to drive sales success.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B sales, preferably selling software solutions to corporate clients.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and entity management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and sales tracking tools.
