Role Summary:

We are on the lookout for a proficient Mechanical Project Manager to take charge of overseeing mechanical installation and service projects. This critical position requires collaboration with project executives, superintendents, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure that all projects adhere to our stringent standards and surpass client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management and direction of mechanical installation and service projects, ensuring that all objectives are achieved.
  • Collaborate with project executives, superintendents, foremen, and subcontractors to formulate project plans that align with client expectations.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in mechanical construction projects.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of various HVAC systems and mechanical installation methodologies.
  • Expertise in the prevention and management of construction claims.
  • Proven ability to apply innovative management techniques to optimize employee and project performance.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with mechanical drawings and the commercial construction process.
  • Basic understanding of building systems and related trades.
  • Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel; familiarity with project management software is advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and control systems pertinent to plumbing.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.
