Role Summary

As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in steering the management and execution of mechanical installation and service projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management and direction of mechanical installation and service projects, ensuring all objectives are achieved.
  • Collaborate with project executives, superintendents, foremen, and subcontractors to formulate project plans that meet client needs.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in mechanical construction.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical installation methodologies.
  • Expertise in the prevention and management of construction claims.
  • Proven ability to apply innovative management techniques to optimize project and employee performance.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with mechanical drawings and commercial construction processes.
  • Basic understanding of building systems and related trades.
  • Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel; familiarity with project management software is advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and control systems relevant to plumbing.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects and adhere to strict deadlines.
