Role Summary:

We are seeking a proficient Commercial HVAC Service Technician to enhance our workforce. In this vital position, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functionality of our clients' HVAC systems. Your duties will encompass the installation, maintenance, and repair of intricate HVAC systems within commercial settings, delivering superior service and expertise. Candidates with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience are encouraged to consider this opportunity.

Key Duties:

  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and control mechanisms.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to enhance performance and prolong the lifespan of HVAC equipment.
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems, proposing and executing effective repairs or replacements.
  • Respond promptly to service requests and urgent situations, minimizing downtime for clients.
  • Work closely with clients to evaluate their HVAC requirements and deliver customized solutions that surpass expectations.
  • Maintain detailed records of work performed, including parts utilized and labor hours, ensuring accurate documentation.

Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Service Technician.
  • Proficient in the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems, with experience in rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and control systems.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical diagnostics, with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting professionally with clients and team members.
  • Commitment to safety, with a history of adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to stay current with industry trends and advancements.
